Easy Drop Biscuits with Strawberry Champagne Jam

An Easy Peasy Video Workshop

Hi Friends,

So many have asked me for EASY bakes and breads lately that I decided in lieu of a longer workshop this month, I’d give you EASY bread. This super short video workshop with these simple drop biscuits is just that.

These are a snap to whip up, there is no butter to crumble, or grate in, we’ve found a much simpler way to have that same wonderful richness you crave in a biscuit. (It also works dairy free)

There are NO eggs. The lack of egg makes this light as a feather, exactly as I hope a southern style biscuit is. (And eggs can be difficult to come by for some.)

Here I’ve given you a recipe for strawberry champagne jam. Because what better time than V-day to spoil you rotten? (Don’t worry, N/A bubbles, cider, and juices all work here if you’d rather) it’s a simple one, no pectin or canning required.

These would be equally welcome under a blanket of sausage gravy. Are you a fan of that sort of thing? Some times do call for ultimate comfort food.

This is the perfect recipe to make with your loved ones on a weekend morning, or a little self-care.
