I tried to use this as a pizza crust…I need to edit my process 🤦🏼‍♀️. The flavor is amazing and the focaccia has such great height!! The fact that my daughter can eat pizza again Even in a strange form is amazing. Thank you

I love this as a pizza crust! I do make sure it’s thin enough- Saturday I made several and one cast iron pan was a bit smaller than I remembered so it was super thick crust. But everyone loved that one!! It reminded me of these super fluffy gluten free pizzas we had in Milan a couple of summers ago! https://spontinimilano.com/
