I love brown butter anything. This cornbread looks delish! It would be great to serve at a BBQ this summer.

You can, but the nixtamalized masa will give it a distinct savory tortilla type flavor!

I like to use 1/2 Masa & 1/2 Cornmeal. It is almost cake like, but we like it.
