What I'm Loving This June
Hi Friends,
I love this time of year. Give me a pool towel and a watermelon over snow boots any day! I pack picnics, eat on the porch, and take food to the pool AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!

Here are a few products that we’ve tried lately and really enjoyed:
Nunches - Last month my son participated in Celiac Strong day, of which a new prepared lunch company Nunches was a sponsor. He was happily chosen to receive some of their snack boxes to share and celebrate the day! It’s a pretty great idea that I wish I had thought of, Boxed lunches that are free of Gluten, Wheat, Peanuts, Treenuts, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Dairy and Eggs delivered directly - it’s perfect for school, day camp or poolside. I know I feel like a pack animal most days and this gives you a day off from lunch planning!!
Lotus Ramen - Guys, We just cannot get enough of these quick noods this summer!
Ramen for a quick lunch, taking the ramen thermos to the pool, even as cold peanu-noodles! We can’t get enough - especially of the new wide squiggly ramen it’s so fun!
Whoa Dough - This cookie dough company sent gluten free cookie dough bars and bakeable cookie dough packs to our local chapter of Generation Gluten Free (I’m one of the leaders of the local chapter of this group for children who are medically gluten free). I passed them out at a board game event and they were such a hit! The kids loved the many flavors. They are also dairy and egg free.
Mightylicious Cookies, Flour and Mixes!
These ready to eat cookies in tempting flavors like brown butter chocolate chip and vegan chocolate chip were sent to me to try by the company, and we thought they were the perfect lunch box or poolside treat!
Even more than that we LOVED the flour and mixes. The gluten free flour mix contains milk powder (so not appropriate for dairy free folks) just like the original version of Cup4Cup flour blend that is no longer available and so many people miss! People use this instead!!
I used it to make a few recipes designed for that discontinued blend and it was great - just like old times!! Try this blend out with
