Ok, it’s always been there. But back in ye olde pandemic times EVERYONE was making sourdough, and why not?
It’s such a meditative practice, and feels like an act of self care.
Recently there’s been a resurgence of interest, which I love because sourdough is the absolute best.

Below is the recording of our Gluten Free Sourdough Baking Workshop for you to enjoy on demand whenever is convenient for you and my signature gluten free sourdough bread recipe.
This is a base bread recipe, that can be baked in a dutch oven, freeform, or in a loaf pan. There are MANY flavor variations we can make, and more on that to come in future recipes.
As I refined this recipe, I really kept in mind the meditative nature of sourdough, and modern societies need for flexibility. I don’t know about you, but I’m often pulled in many directions each day so a recipe that chains me to a very strict exact time schedule often doesn’t work well for me.
I’ve given you time ranges here, the longer times will produce more sour flavor, but that will increase as your starter matures, so don’t worry about that aspect too much, just get baking!!
