That looks like an AWESOME trip. I am saving all these ideas. But you want to know what’s weird? I was reading this post while listening to Saturday’s Morning Edition on NPR. And while I’m reading your post, Scott Simon was interviewing Ruth Reichl about the novel! Isn’t that crazy?

Also Eataly is a must for GF Pizza. They make their own dough... not a cauliflower crust. Amazing!
