Give it a try with a mix that’s great for bread! I haven’t tested all of them for this particular recipe but that would be what I’d do if I wanted to use an off the shelf blend here. You’d definitely want to substitute it by weight!
One of my family recipes is my grandmothers hand made cinnamon rolls shaped into a Christmas tree. We topped with gum drops and icing and eat them every morning for Christmas. Do you think these cinnamon rolls would hold their shape without the pan? Could I prepare as usual and shape into a tree?
How incredibly fun!! Yes I’ve made these without the pan- they cook a little quicker when individual so check them after 30 minutes- insert a thermometer in the middle of the tree shape and make sure it’s 205F
Watched you make Gluten Free Cinnamon rolls and now I need some! You have a lovely style of explaining as you go which puts everyone at ease and addresses the stumblers people may come accross when cooking. Great job!
Another question. You make a flour mix here. Could I use a gluten free blend I already have on hand? I have quite a few based on your flour reviews
