Hi Rachel, was checking out your older posts and came across this recipe. We'd love to make it for a friend (not celiac, but NCGS) – can we halve the sugar, or would that leave the cake less moist?

I’d try out reducing 1/3 the sugar, that usually works well in cakes without sacrificing texture (I have not tried it with this cake) Let me know how it goes!
