It’s pie season! Let’s make a pie together!
This apple pie boasts an incredibly flaky yet strong crust that can be used not only in this recipe but in your favorite pumpkin, pecan, chocolate pie or whatever kind of pie you like to serve.
In fact, it’s so strong I can lift the entire pie out of the tin!
The filling is a beautiful lightly spiced apple filling topped with a buttery pecan shortbread crumble. It’s so easy and adds so much toasty flavor!
We’ll even drizzle on some dulce de leche to gild the lily.
I’ll show you all my pie crustiest tips - really it’s the small things that make the difference.
You’ll get to ask all of your questions and if you bake along I can even see what you might need help with!
