Hello friends,
Exciting news! As I mentioned in my last newsletter this Thursday March 13, 2:00PM Central Time I'll be going live as part of the Grubstack Virtual Food Festival!
I’m baking Gluten Free Irish-American Soda Bread just in time for your St. Patrick’s Day parades, festivals, or just to go with a cup of tea!
This yeast free favorite is a tasty bread that’s on the table in lightening speed. We’ll create a classic flavor profile, but also discuss some tasty flavor variations both savory and sweet!
Grubstack is bringing together top food writers, chefs, and culinary voices from around the world for live cooking demos, virtual tastings, and in-depth discussions on today’s biggest food trends.
You can use or download the Substack app to join my Live, or join on your laptop or desktop by going to https://substack.com/home. It will look something like the picture below, with my live at the top of your screen notice the little “live” red rectangle:

Thank you so much Rachel! I absolutely LOVE Irish Soda Bread, but haven’t been able to make it since I developed so many food allergies [including wheat]. Guess what WE are having for dinner tonight??? =D
Oh, wow — this will be amazing!
