This bright and inspirational cookbook turns everything on its head. For instance in the recipes the flour listed is “all-purpose flour” sooooo that sounds like it’s not for us right? WRONG!
This revolutionary book was developed with gluten free flour (the author says she used King Arthur All Purpose specifically). In fact there are even directions for modifications for non-gluten free bakers in the book. When is the last time you saw that? Gluten free as the norm and wheat flour as a modification? That truly is exciting.
Speaking of exciting things this book is full of delightful snacks to munch on and share while you’re changing the world or maybe just your neighborhood.
